    Range 7% to 10% depending on size and condition of property, financial stability of owner, and other factors.

    Landlord Consulting

    Just starting out as a landlord?  Just need a bit of advice on a specific issue?  Out of town and need a move-out inspection?

    •  Meet in our office for 2 or 3 one-hour sessions: ask advice on any topic.
    • Meet at your building for one or two hours: discuss a potential upgrade or check out a continuing maintenance issue.
    • Get your move-out inspection done: we provide a report with pictures of any potential security deposit deductions.
      • Note that I am not an attorney and cannot give legal advice regarding security deposit deductions — the choice to deduct is solely the owner’s.

      Fee = $50/hour
